El presente trabajo tuvo como finalidad la implementación de un cultivo de Arroz para su manejo y comercialización en el departamento de Casanare, municipio de Aguazul, contribuyendo al desarrollo agrícola de la vereda El Guaimaro, zona rural del municipio, con enfoque principal de venta en molino. La realización del proyecto se dividió en cuatro componentes, componente de ingeniería agronómica, componente de investigación agrícola, componente de liderazgo social, político y productivo y componente de empresarización del campo. Se realizó un solo ciclo del cultivo con un área de 30.000 m² (3 hectáreas) en compañía de un productor grande de la zona, realizando su comercialización en el molino PROCECAS, generando un ingreso de $22.665.000 pesos. Durante el desarrollo del cultivo se evidenció presencia de plagas, enfermedades y arvenses como se describe a lo largo documento. Como componente de investigación se realizó de tipo cualitativa en la institución educativa Luis María Jiménez en el corregimiento de San José del Bubuy Aguazul, Casanare con el objetivo de implementar un programa de capacitación de transferencia de conocimiento en la modalidad técnica agropecuaria y medio ambiente de la institución, que permitiera la activación de un vivero con fines ornamentales y de reforestación principalmente, donde se involucren estudiantes de sexto a once.
The purpose of this work was the implementation of a rice crop for its management and commercialization in the department of Casanare, municipality of Aguazul, contributing to the agricultural development of the village of the Guaimaro, rural area of the municipality, with the main focus on mill sales, the project was divided into four components, agronomic engineering component, agricultural research component, social, political and productive leadership component and field entrepreneurship component. A single crop cycle was carried out with an area of 30,000 m² (3 hectares) in the company of a large farmer in the area, commercializing it in the PROCECAS mill, generating an income of $22,665,000 pesos. During the development of the crop there was evidence of pests, diseases and weeds as described in the document. As a research component, qualitative research was carried out in the Luis María Jiménez educational institution in the village of San José del Bubuy Aguazul, Casanare with the objective of implementing a training program of knowledge transfer in the technical agricultural and environmental modality of the institution, which would allow the activation of a nursery for ornamental and reforestation purposes mainly, where students from sixth to eleventh grade are involved.
