This research approach the issue of grammatical inference in learning a foreign language and considers three interference mainly: the overgeneralization, negative transfer and fossilization, as a syntactic level, specifically in the textual syntax these are the grammatical interference students often have when writing a text in a foreign language. Participants were 25 of first semester in La Salle University, that students were age between 18 and 22 years old. The methodology used in the research was quantitative type, since sought to collect and analyze data to determine the nature of the phenomenon accurately. Participants were developed two tests; the first one called "textual production with emphasis on the personal," the second one "textual production technical level in the LE" and a questionnaire that explores if the students recognize the difficulty in producing a text written in a foreign language. The results indicated that these interferences occur because students do not respect or ignore the grammatical rules that own the LE. This issue conducted research, with the purpose that students evidencing grammatical errors in the text production and these flaws were corrected by the teacher’s help and an appropriate methodology of teaching foreign language in order to avoid continuing shortcomings and achieve ownership between the mother tongue and the foreign language regardless of the communicative context
