Resumen
La presente investigación de carácter documental, con enfoque cualitativo, presenta el trato dado desde las políticas públicas emitidas entre los años 2006 y 2012 por parte del Gobierno Nacional y Distrital, para la formación en la virtud de la justicia en estudiantes de educación básica y media de colegios públicos de Bogotá D.C. Desde este punto de vista se establecen relaciones entre los postulados de John Rawls en torno a la justicia y sus planteamientos políticos; la investigación cobra relevancia en tanto se tratan temas de actualidad y pertinencia para el contexto del país y en especial de la ciudad, donde la diversidad y las desigualdades sociales hacen necesario identificar mecanismos que aporten a la construcción de una sociedad justa. Por lo anterior se analizan los diferentes temas que aportan a esta consolidación social justa: el acceso a la educación y al mundo laboral; la igualdad de oportunidades; los beneficios económicos y sociales; la participación política ciudadana; la libertad de expresión, asociación, conciencia y pensamiento; los derechos humanos fundamentales; y por último, las responsabilidades sociales

The current investigation of documentary character, with qualitative approach, presents the deal given from public politics issued between the years 2006 and 2012 from District and National Government, for the formation in the virtue of justice in students of basic and intermediate education in public schools of Bogotá D.C. From this point of view are established relationships between the postulates of John Rawls around justice and policy approaches; the investigation has relevance as long as treated current and relevance subjects for the context of the country and especially of the city, where the diversity and social inequality need to identify mechanisms to provide the construction of a just society. For instance a look is done from the different topics with contribute to the social consolidation right; the access to education and workplace; the equal opportunities; the social and economic benefits; the citizen political participation; the freedom of expression, association, consciousness and thought; fundamental human rights, and at last, the social responsibilities
