Resumen

Este proyecto de investigación: Aportes de Olga Lucía Zuluaga Garcés a la Educación en Colombia, propuesto por la Universidad de la Salle en el macro proyecto: “Maestros Ilustres Colombianos del siglo XX”, dentro de la línea de investigación “Saber educativo pedagógico y didáctico ”Buscó dar un reconocimiento a todos aquellos maestros que por su amplia trayectoria académica y aporte intelectual han contribuido al desarrollo de la educación en el país. Cabe señalar que Olga Lucía Zuluaga Garcés, doctora en filosofía y ciencia de la educación de la Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia de Madrid (España), fundadora del grupo de investigación Historia de la práctica pedagógica (GHPP). Es una mujer comprometida con su trabajo de investigadora y rigurosa con su quehacer, lo que le ha permitido destacarse en el ámbito académico como erudita capaz de pensar y mostrar al maestro como intelectual de la cultura. A finales de la década del setenta del siglo XX Olga Lucía Zuluaga inicia su trabajo de investigación, motivada por las deficiencias que se evidencian en la formación profesional del maestro y la subvaloración en su quehacer desde el ámbito sociocultural, en donde se cree que cualquiera persona puede enseñar. Lo que conlleva a Olga Lucía Zuluaga a movilizar a otros investigadores a la indagación y construcción del archivo pedagógico para establecer las prácticas pedagógicas desde la Colonia hasta mediados del siglo XX, identificando que el maestro tiene un saber propio que se da desde las aulas de clase , la institución y el contexto sociocultural, y por ello para poder ejercer la función de maestro hay que formarse como licenciado. En suma, es una de las pocas mujeres colombianas que ha logrado hacer investigación en educación, conceptos construir pedagógicos y dignificar la labor del maestro

She is a woman committed to her work as a researcher and rigorous with her work, which has allowed her to excel in the academic field as a scholar capable of thinking and showing the teacher as an intellectual of culture.In the late seventies of the twentieth century, Olga Lucía Zuluaga began her research work, motivated by the deficiencies that are evident in the professional training of the teacher and the undervaluation in her work from the sociocultural field, where it is believed that anyone Can teach. This leads to Olga Lucía Zuluaga to mobilize other researchers to the investigation and construction of the pedagogical file to establish pedagogical practices from the Colony until the mid-twentieth century, identifying that the teacher has an own knowledge that is given from classrooms, the institution and the socio-cultural context, and therefore to be able to exercise the role of teacher must be trained as a graduate.In sum, she is one of the few Colombian women who has succeeded in doing research in education, constructing pedagogical concepts and dignifying the work of the teacher
