Resumen

La ciudad de Bogotá amerita, por su localización, por el gran tamaño que tiene, por la alta población existente, por ser la capital del país y por otras circunstancias, contar con sistemas de transporte multimodales e integrados que faciliten la movilidad de pasajeros, de carga y que mejoren la calidad de vida de sus habitantes.Diversos estudios demuestran que se ha presentado un crecimiento constante del número de vehículos en circulación incrementando la problemática de congestión en la ciudad, por lo cual se hace necesario implementar estrategias de gestión de tráfico que permitan a la población optar por medios alternativos de transporte y disminuir así, hacia futuro, el uso o la adquisición de vehículo.La presente investigación articula los aspectos gerenciales del proyecto bajo los lineamientos del PMI de incorporación de una vía fluvial, en nuestro caso río el Bogotá. Para la movilización de personas y de carga, al sistema integrado de transporte público (SITP) de la ciudad capital.Se inicia con la identificación y evaluación de las opciones de la interconexión al SITP del río Bogotá como vía fluvial entre las cuales la más conveniente es la construcción de cinco muelles a lo largo del tramo del río que atraviesa la ciudad. Posteriormente se determinan las acciones de intervención para incorporar el río Bogotá como vía fluvial al Sistema Integrado de Transporte Público. Finalmente, se especifica la planeación del proyecto, basada en los lineamientos del PMI

The city of Bogotá deserves, because of its location, due to the large size it has, because of the existing high population, because it is the capital of the country and for other reasons to have multimodal and integrated transportation systems that facilitate the mobility of passengers and cargo and that improve the quality of life of the inhabitants.Several studies show that there has been a steady growth in the number of vehicles in circulation increasing the problem of congestion in the city, which is why it is necessary to implement traffic management strategies that allow the population to opt for alternative means of transport and reduce thus, towards the future, the use or acquisition of a vehicle.This research articulates the managerial aspects of the interconnection project of the Bogotá River, used as an alternative means of transporting people and cargo, to the integrated public transport system (SITP) of the capital city.It begins with the identification and evaluation of the interconnection options to the SITP of the Bogotá River as a waterway between which the most convenient is the construction of five piers along the stretch of the river that runs through the city. Subsequently, intervention actions are determined to incorporate the Bogotá River as a waterway to the Integrated Public Transport System. Finally, the project planning is specified, based on the PMI guidelines
