Resumen

El presente estudio fue realizado en 4 zonas de la Sabana de Bogotá. El objetivo del estudio fue determinar las variaciones de eliminación de huevos por gramo (HPG) durante los meses de abril a septiembre de 2006. Se analizaron un total de 180 animales, pertenecientes a 4 zonas, (45 animales por zona). A los cuales se les tomó una muestra de materia fecal, una vez al mes, esta muestra se tomo directamente del potrero donde se encuentren los animales pastoreando en el momento. La materia fecal se recolectó directamente del potrero mes a mes durante un periodo de 6 meses, luego fue procesada mediante la técnica de Mc- Master modificada por Scmidht para el respectivo conteo de huevos. Se utilizó el programa Statitix para calcular la estadística descriptiva, la correlación entre las variables climáticas (Temperatura, Brillo Solar y Precipitación), y cada grupo de parásito; el análisis de varianza fue calculado en Microsoft Excel. Se establecieron las curvas de eliminación de huevos por gramo de materia fecal del orden Strongylida y los géneros Strongylus, parascaris y oxiuros.

The present study was made in 4 zones of the sabana of Bogotá. The objective of the study was to determine the variations of eggs elimination by gram (HPG) during the months from April to September of 2006. A total of 180 animals was analyzed, pertaining to 4 zones, (45 animals by zone). To which them volume a sample of fecal matter, once a month, this sample volume directly of the pasture where are the animals shepherding at the moment. The fecal matter was collected directly of the pasture month to month during a period of 6 months, then was processed by means of the technique of Mc- Master modified by Scmidht for the respective count of eggs. The program was utilized Statitix to calculate the descriptive statistics, the correlation among the climatic variables (Temperature, Solar Shine and Haste), and each group of parasite; the analysis of varianza was calculated in Microsoft Excel. The eggs elimination curves by gram of fecal matter of the order were established Strongylida and the kinds Strongylus, parascaris and oxiuris.
