The present investigation “Measurement of passive immunity in foals from mares immunostimulated with inactived cells of propionibacterium granulosum and LPS” is focused in the use of a immuno-modulating in this case “Inmunocel” in order to verity its effect I the increase of immunoglobulins (Ig) to silken level and the disease of the morbid-mortality in the group tested in this investigation two groups of animals were used “the checking group” and the “experimental group” (Everyone with ten animals) after 330 (three hundrend thirty) days of gestation 5 ml of inmunocel were injected to the experimental group and to the new born foal, 2 ml of same product then blood samples were taken from the mare and foals after 36 hours from its birth the samples were taken taken as the mare as the foal. In the laboratory in order process the samples were used the tests of “Quantitative radial immunodiffusion” (RID) and the tests of zinc sulphate, in the first test of (RID) a difference of 14.16% in the measurement of Ig G between the groups of the mares was found, the same as difference of 29.34% and 24.46% in the measurement of Ig M and Ig G between the groups of foals respectively. The difference of middles between the control group and the experimental were 1.33 +/- 0.11 and 1.55 +/- 0.14 respectively. Making the test t with the preceding data the result of the level meaning was p ≤ 0.00036 wich show that the differences of immunoglobulin G between the group of the mares is highly significant. The differences of the middles between the control group and the experimental group were 0.12 +/- 0.05 and 0.17 +/- 0.04. making the tests t with the preceding data the result of the level meaning was p ≤ 0.002 wich showed that the difference about the immunostimulation of inmunocel for the production of immunoglobulin M in the foals was middling significant the differences of the middles between the two groups showed 1.36 +/- 0.40 for the control group and 1.79 +/- 0.15 for the experimental group the test t for studying the Ig G in foals gave as a result a significant level of 0.00034 showing a highly significant effect in the study.
