Resumen
La presente investigación busca responder a la pregunta: ¿De qué manera la inclusión del concepto de Seguridad Ambiental en los países que componen la Triple Frontera Amazónica contribuye a enfrentar el fenómeno transfronterizo de la Biopiratería? Para ello se estudia a la Triple Frontera Amazónica (en adelante TFA) en relación con dicha problemática a nivel transfronterizo. En tal sentido, se define el concepto de Seguridad Ambiental en los países miembros, contribuyendo a enfrentar dicha problemática. Luego se realiza su caracterización a nivel regional presentando la multiplicidad de casos de estudio que materializan a la biopiratería como fenómeno delictivo trasnacional histórico presente en la región. Posteriormente, se presenta la manera en que la seguridad se transforma a partir del desarrollo de los Complejos de Seguridad como marco analítico regional a partir de tres dimensiones: Normativa, Internacional, y de Política Pública. Esto por la necesidad de entender el medioambiente y su defensa sin necesidad de incurrir en la seguridad en términos realistas. En términos metodológicos se hace uso de un enfoque teórico descriptivo a partir de técnicas de investigación cualitativas, en este caso análisis de contenido con recursos biblio-hemerográficos y de entrevistas a informantes claves

The present investigation aims to answer How does the inclusion of the concept of Environmental Security in the countries that make up the Amazon Triple Frontier contribute to addressing the transboundary phenomenon of Bio-piracy? Therefore, the Amazonian Triple Frontier is studied onwards (TFA) towards the cross-border problem of Bio-piracy. It also responds in what way the inclusion of the concept of Environmental Security in the member countries contributes to face Biopiracy. To achieve this, the characterization of the Triple Frontier of the Amazon (TFA) is carried out, presenting a multiplicity of case studies that materialize Biopiracy as a historical transnational criminal phenomenon in the region. Afterwards, it presents in a way that Security is transformed, developing the Security Complexes as an analytical framework and the need to understand the environment and its defense without the need to incur security in realistic terms. Finally, the importance of Environmental Security is analyzed in three dimensions: normative, international, and public policy. That will have an answer through a descriptive theoretical method with the use of qualitative research techniques, in this case content analysis with bibliohemographic resources and interviews with key informants
