Resumen

El propósito principal de la investigación fue realizar un diagnóstico documental a la información producida por el Festival de Cine Verde de Barichara, Santander, para determinar no solamente el estado de la información si no para establecer su valor patrimonial, con el cual se puede crear una propuesta para la gestión de la información en sus próximas ediciones y dar inicio al proceso para la constitución del festival como patrimonio cultural inmaterial del municipio. Lo que se busca entonces con el diagnóstico, es que, a través del mismo, se reconozca el trabajo que contiene el festival, desde la organización de la documentación y material producido, así como mostrar su gestión, de manera que se pueda en un futuro cercano constituir al festival como patrimonio colectivo de la comunidad del municipio de Barichara.

Así, el beneficio del proyecto se ve reflejado en la sociedad pues estaría a su disposición el material que se produce en las ediciones del festival, además de consolidarlo como parte importante de su cultura, permitiendo así su exposición ante otras comunidades permitiéndole reinventarse y mantener una estructura lógica de los temas que se conciben en cada una de las ediciones. También beneficia a la academia, pues es un estudio de caso, donde sus resultados aportan a la disciplina archivística en la configuración de un elemento del patrimonio cultural inmaterial, ya que este conforma uno de los pilares más importantes para la formación de repositorios, centros de documentación, bibliotecas, museos, etc.

The main purpose of the research was to carry out a documentary diagnosis of the information produced by the Green Film Festival of Barichara, Santander, to determine not only the status of the information but to establish its heritage value, with which a proposal for the management of information in its next editions and start the process for the constitution of the festival as intangible cultural heritage of the municipality. What is sought then with the diagnosis, is that, through it, the work contained in the festival is recognized, from the organization of the documentation and material produced, as well as showing its management, so that it can be in the future close to constitute the festival as a collective heritage of the community of the municipality of Barichara. Thus, the benefit of the project is reflected in society since the material produced in the festival editions would be at its disposal, in addition to consolidating it as an important part of its culture, thus allowing its exposure to other communities, allowing it to reinvent itself and maintain a logical structure of the themes that are conceived in each of the editions. It also benefits the academy, since it is a case study, where its results contribute to the archival discipline in the configuration of an element of the intangible cultural heritage, since this forms one of the most important pillars for the formation of repositories, centers of documentation, libraries, museums, etc.
