Resumen
Esta investigación tiene como propósito construir un estado del arte de la producción investigativa a partir de la lectura de contextos, intenciones, referentes y elementos metodológicos presentes en 20 Proyectos de Investigación desarrollados durante el período comprendido entre el año 2003 y 2009 en la línea de Derechos Humanos y Fortalecimiento Democrático, y sus aportes a la construcción de las sublíneas, en el Programa de Trabajo Social de la Universidad de La Salle. Los Proyectos de Investigación realizados durante VI y VII semestres en el Programa Académico de Trabajo Social, como proceso formativo, implican la necesaria lectura de múltiples dimensiones de la investigación social como forma de construir conocimientos pertinentes y en coherencia con las dinámicas sociales que constituyen los escenarios de acción profesional. Como preguntas orientadoras del proceso, se formulan las siguientes: ¿qué se ha investigado?, ¿Cuáles han sido los intereses de investigación?, ¿cómo se ha investigado?, ¿cuáles han sido los referentes de las investigaciones?, y por último, ¿qué elementos aportan los Proyectos de Investigación a la consolidación de las sublíneas? Así mismo, se plantean cinco objetivos específicos consistentes en la identificación del contexto, los intereses y los referentes de investigación, la descripción de los elementos metodológicos implementados, y la articulación de las conclusiones, las recomendaciones y los aprendizajes que configuran los aportes del proceso investigativo a la línea Derechos Humanos y Fortalecimiento Democrático y sus sublíneas Procesos de Inclusión y Exclusión Social, Participación ciudadana, movimientos y organizaciones sociales, Derechos Humanos, cotidianidad y cultura, y una sublínea emergente denominada Pedagogía Social, conflicto y Derechos Humanos. La metodología escogida tiene un enfoque cualitativo; incluyó el método analítico-sintético y la técnica de análisis de contenido. Estos, posibilitaron la construcción de la Ficha de Análisis como instrumento a partir de las categorías de Problematización, Intereses, Referentes, Metodología y Aportes, para elaborar la sistematización de la información. Las conclusiones generales de la investigación están soportadas en los hallazgos y en el análisis correspondiente a los componentes de los Proyectos de Investigación, de acuerdo con las categorías de análisis.

This investigation has as purpose to build a state of the art of the investigative production from the reading of contexts, intentions, referring and present methodological elements in 20 Investigation Projects developed between the years 2003 and 2009 in the investigative line of Human Rights and Democracy, and its contribution to the construction of the sub lines, in the Program of Social Work of the University of La Salle. The Investigation Projects carried out during VI and VII semesters in the Academic Program of Social Work, as formative process, imply the necessary reading of multiple dimensions of social investigation as a way of building pertinent knowledge and in coherence with the social dynamics that constitute the settings of professional action. The following questions guide the process: ¿What has been investigated?, ¿Which have been the interests of investigation?, ¿How has it been investigated?, ¿Which have been the referring of the investigations?, and finally, ¿Which elements contribute the Investigation Projects to the consolidation of the sub lines? Besides, five consistent specific objectives in the identification of the context are presented, the interests and the referring of investigation, the description of implemented methodological elements, and the articulation of the conclusions, the recommendations and the learning that set the contributions of the investigative process to the Human Rights line and Democracy and their sub lines Processes of Inclusion and Social Exclusion, civic participation, movements and social organizations, Human Rights, everyday life and culture, and a emerging sub line called Social Education, conflict and Human Rights. The chosen methodology has a qualitative focus; including the analytic-synthetic method and the content analysis technique. This method enabled the construction of the “Card Analysis” as instrument from the categories of Problems, Interests, Referring, Methodology and contributions, to construct the information systematization. The investigation’s general conclusions are supported in the findings and in the corresponding analysis to the components of the Investigation Projects, according to the categories of analysis.
