Resumen

La presente investigación se planteó con el interés de aportar a la comprensión de los procesos de participación comunitaria, a través de la identificación de los factores de participación evidenciados en la elaboración de diagnósticos base para la formulación del Plan de Desarrollo, Chía Territorio Inteligente e Innovador, 2012 – 2015. Además de identificar los factores de participación en dichos procesos, se destacan las fortalezas y obstáculos, los actores de participación, las comprensiones de los sujetos, los intereses que impulsaron a la participación, las estrategias y medios utilizados para involucrar a la comunidad en la elaboración de los diagnósticos participativos. A lo largo de la investigación se involucran las comprensiones que se tienen desde Trabajo Social en lo que respecta a los procesos comunitarios. La investigación se realizó desde el método cualitativo, con enfoque fenomenológico y su nivel es descriptivo-interpretativo. Las técnicas de investigación fueron la observación y la entrevista semi-estructurada, a partir de los cuales se obtuvo la información que fue analizada y plasmada en este documento. Finalmente, se espera que con los resultados de esta investigación se contribuya a la construcción disciplinar de Trabajo Social a partir de las comprensiones de participación y la identificación de las dinámicas sociales en las que ésta se desarrolló. Se invita a investigar e intervenir en el tema, de manera que se logre fortalecer la participación en los contextos sociales y se asuma como un derecho que debe ser ejercido para lograr incidir y buscar cambios, alternativas y nuevas miradas de los problemas sociales y necesidades emergentes.

The present investigation was designed with a desire to contribute to the understanding of the processes of community participation through identifying factors evidenced participation in the development of diagnostic basis for the formulation of the Development Plan, Chía “Smart Planning and Innovative” 2012-2015. In addition to identifying the factors of participation in these processes, highlighting the strengths and obstacles, the actors to participate, the understandings of subjects, interests prompting the involvement, the strategies and means to involve the community in developing participatory assessments. Throughout the investigation the understandings that have involved from Social Work in regard to community processes and concludes by highlighting the importance of investigating and intervening in the affairs of participation for social workers. The research was conducted from the qualitative method, with its level phenomenological approach is descriptive-interpretative. Research techniques were observation and semistructured interview, from which the information was analyzed and reflected in this document was obtained. Finally, it is expected that the results of this research will contribute to the construction discipline of Social Work from the understandings of participation and identification of social dynamics in which it developed. We are encouraged to investigate and intervene in the matter, so as to achieve strengthening participation in social contexts and are assumed as a right that must be exercised to achieve influence and seek changes, alternatives and new visions of social problems and needs.
