Resumen
Esta investigación tiene como objetivo conocer la percepción y uso que las y los jóvenes de la facultad de Trabajo Social de la Universidad De La Salle dan al tiempo libre, con el fin de conocer y comprender desde la profesión de Trabajo Social este contexto, la cotidianidad de este grupo social en el cual median diversos factores que hacen particular su actuar enmarcado desde el espacio universitario y fuera de éste. Es así como se articula a la línea de investigación Desarrollo Humano y Calidad de Vida, lo cual permite tener una mirada integral del ser humano, a través del reconocimiento de sus capacidades y potencialidades desde diferentes ámbitos de socialización y formación integral. Corresponde a la sub- línea de investigación Pobreza y Calidad de vida, entendiendo esta última como la oportunidad que tienen todas (os) las y los jóvenes sobre el ejercicio de sus derechos y libertades fundamentales para una vida digna de la cual cada una (o) es protagonista de su propio desarrollo; y finalizando el proceso de investigación con las conclusiones y recomendaciones.

The objective of this investigation is to know the perception and the spend that the young people of the Faculty of Social Work from La Universidad de La Salle gives to the free time, which purpose of know and understand this context by the profession of Social Work, everyday in this society mediates several elements it does particular its act covered from the university space and out side of it. Such is how is articulate to the investigation’s line of human development and human quality, which allows to have a complete point of view about human people, through the acknowledgement of his and her capacities and potentialities from different social ambits and complete formation. It corresponds to the sub-líne about the poverty investigation and human quality understanding the last like an opportunity that have all the young people about the exercises of his and her rights and liberty for an excellent life in which everybody is the main character of his and her own development, and finishing the investigation’s process with the conclusions and recommendations.
