Resumen
Esta investigación se centró en el acompañamiento educativo en el contexto de la escuela rural, reconociendo mediante las narrativas de las maestras del departamento de Bolívar en la subregión de Montes de María, y sus aportes desde las trayectorias como docentes y cómo contribuyen a la construcción de acciones encaminadas a la reparación colectiva en el territorio.
En lo que se refiere a la reparación colectiva en el presente documento, se aborda desde las acciones sociales en el escenario escolar, dejando de un lado lo que se ha conocido en el marco de la justicia transicional y el deber del Estado Colombiano en el proceso de construcción de paz después de la firma del Acuerdo.

This research focuses on the concept of educational accompaniment in the context of rural schools, recognizing through the narratives of the teachers of the Bolívar department in the Montes de María subregion, the contributions of their careers as speakers contribute to the construction of actions. aimed at collective reparation in the territory. From these, it is possible to identify those practices in the educational field that allow the construction of collective strategies aimed at a culture of peace and healthy coexistence, and that finally strengthen the life projects of the students, and likewise the incorporation of parents to the different initiatives for the reconstruction of the social fabric in the territory, through social research, productive and environmental projects. Finally, from a qualitative point of view, through the methodology called Ethno-narrative, it is possible to recognize the teachers as an active source of social knowledge.
