The main objective of this study was to evaluate the parameters productive in the breeding phase of heavy lift line Ross 308, providing mannan oligosaccharides (BIOMOS®) to either treatment (T1) and another group called the control (T2) is not supply him mannan oligosaccharides (BIOMOS®). They took two groups of breeding, from day old to week 64, with the same environmental conditions, health and general management. The first group (T1) of 22,174 birds and the second group (T2) of 21,416 birds, which only received a variation on the management of diet; The product was supplied until the 25th week, in order to assess the impact this position at this stage (week 64). We evaluated the differences between the two treatments in terms of cumulative mortality, total egg production by week 64, egg production and hatching chicks. The results were statistically analyzed by a study of variance. During the development of the whole process showed that in terms of production of hatching eggs, both groups behaved similarly, as in total egg production / bird / hosted, the percentage of production is very similar in the two treatments. Significant differences in terms of chick born, mortality rates, consumption per bird cumulative weight gains observed in the treatment of Biomed. Finally it was found that the biome, since no statistically significant differences in the development, maintenance and upkeep of the birds, we turn generates additional value in the diet of birds without achieving significant results, during the production cycle of the same.
