In order to in time evaluate the rate of pregnancy and open days of four protocols of heat synchronization with artificial insemination at fixed time A.I.F.T.; several births was realised an experiment with 80 homogenous cows in number of births, race, handling, health, environment, feeding and breastfeeding system, with young on the foot, of 35 to 60 days to give birth, with age, similar corporal condition and weight, distributed in 4 groups of 20 animal, the treatments were: “T1” Crestar, “T2” Implants Intravaginal, “T3” Crestar but eCG and “T4” Implant Intravaginal but eCG, from the moment at which it retired implants until after the artificial insemination was realised a temporary weaning of 56 hours, to weigh, evaluations of corporal condition and ecographies were realised, at the begining of the experiment and monthly; 30 days later with an ecography the percentage of pregnancy was determined obtained with A.I.F.T.; 15 days after the A.I.F.T.it was come to a review with bull during 60 days (period of sum) and to determine the percentage of pregnancy by bull was realised ecography to the 30 days of finalized the period of sum. Were not significant statistical differences (p< 0.05) between the treatments. The values average found for open days and percentage of pregnancy were for group T1: 80.8 ± 4,3 days and 100%, for the T2 group: 105.5 ± 8,2 days and 90%, for group T3: 92.3 ± 3 days and 95% and for the T4 group: 89.3 ± 2,7 days and 95%. Indicating that the four treatments produce satisfactory answers when synchronizing as of the 35 days post birth, but the use of eCG increases the costs significantly.
