Resumen
En el presente trabajo se presentan los resultados de las evaluaciones de los diferentes estudios realizados como el técnico, mercado y el financiero para verificar la factibilidad del montaje de una granja avícola de gallinas ponedoras para su comercialización en supermercados de cadena, tiendas de barrio, y posteriormente para el consumo a los habitantes de la región de Tame - Arauca; teniendo en cuenta estos estudios se toma la decisión de invertir en el proyecto de gallinas ponedoras y de esta manera generar una producción de huevos que satisfaga la demanda interna del producto en los diferentes puntos de venta y comercialización, teniendo en cuenta que la oferta local que producir la región no satisface el 100% a los consumidores se tienen que proveerse en otras regiones del país pero a un costo mucho más elevado por el costo del transporte y, peor aún, anteriormente para cubrir estas necesidades del producto ingresaban de manera ilícita por la frontera venezolana a costos inferiores pero con una calidad de huevos deplorables para el consumidor final. Por lo que, el objetivo del estudio es poder acercarnos más a la realidad en cuanto a la parte de mercado, técnica y financiera del proyecto para ver su viabilidad y como toma de decisiones estratégicas en una inversión en el sector pecuario para generar beneficios a los habitantes de la región. En el estudio se estableció una metodología con los diferentes pasos a seguir para posteriormente la realización del proyecto, teniendo en cuenta que en el estudio técnico se basó en la identificación de todos los equipos, insumos, materias primas y todo el proceso de recolección de huevos diariamente, en el estudio de mercado se realizaron encuestas para determinar la cantidad de huevos que se pueden llegar a producir y saber cuál era la demanda de este producto para así evaluar la factibilidad con el proyecto realizado y por último en el estudio financiero se evaluó los costos y beneficios del proyecto para determinar en un flujo de caja estructurado todos los gastos, ingresos, depreciaciones, impuestos y la rentabilidad del proyecto para poder definir la viabilidad de la producción y comercialización de huevo. El proyecto está reflejado a una cantidad de 4 lotes de gallinas a una duración de 5 años, teniendo en cuenta que el ciclo de postura por cada lote lo manejamos a 13 meses y con un periodo de ingreso nuevamente de aves de un mes, por lo que el proyecto está estimado un periodo de 5 años. Se comprobó que con una inversión de $ 130.905.000 se logra obtener una producción de 1.182.615 huevos en el primer lote de gallinas y anualmente esta producción mejora en un 9 % por lote, lo que representa el 9.5 % en promedio de la demanda local en un tiempo de 5 años y alcanzando la recuperación de la inversión en un periodo de 31 meses y generando unas ganancias a partir del mes 32 hasta el periodo analizado.

At the present work they present the results of the evaluations of the different studies realized as the technician, market and the financier to check the feasibility of the assembly of a poultry farm of laying hens for his commercialization in supermarkets of chain, shops of neighborhood, and later for the consumption to the inhabitants of the region of Tame - Arauca; bearing these studies in mind there takes the decision to invest in the project of laying hens and hereby to generate a production of eggs that satisfies the internal demand of the product in the different points of sale and commercialization, Bearing in mind that the local offer that produces the region does not satisfy 100 % to the consumers they have be to provide in other regions of the country but to a great cost more raised by the cost of the transport and, worse still, previously to cover these needs of the product they were entering in an illicit way for the Venezuelan border to low costs but with a quality of deplorable eggs for the final consumer. For what, the aim of the study is to be able to approach more the reality as for the part of market, technology and financier of the project to see his viability and as capture of strategic decisions in an investment in the cattle sector to generate benefits to the inhabitants of the region. In the study a methodology was established by the different steps to continuing for later the accomplishment of the project, bearing in mind that in the technical study based on the identification of all the equipments, inputs, raw materials and the whole process of compilation of eggs every day, In the market research surveys were realized to determine the quantity of eggs that could manage to produce and know which was the demand of this product for this way to evaluate the feasibility with the realized project and finally in the financial study there were evaluated the costs and benefits of the project to determine in a structured cash flow all the expenses, income, depreciations, taxes and the profitability of the project to be able to define the viability of the production and commercialization of egg. The project is reflected to a quantity of 4 lots of hens to a duration of 5 years, Bearing in mind that the cycle of position for every lot we handle to 13 months and with a period of revenue again of birds of one month, by what the project is estimated to a period of 5 years. 15 There was verified that with an investment of $ 130.905.000 it is achieved to obtain a production of 1.182.615 eggs in the first lot of hens and anually this production to improve in 9 % for lot, which 9.5 % represents in average of the local demand in a time of 5 years and reaching the recovery of the investment in a period of 31 months and generating a few earnings from the month 32 up to the analyzed period.
