Resumen
Para el Programa de Zootecnia es muy importante contar con un canal de comunicación ágil con sus egresados ya que ellos pueden retroalimentar el programa en aras al mejoramiento continuo. El Programa se encuentra en proceso de Reacreditación que pregunta por la situación actual de los egresados en cuanto a su ubicación y actividades que desarrollan para verificar si corresponden a los fines de la institución, al compromiso social y al tipo de formación que ofrece el programa. En este trabajo se creó una base de datos que consta de los siguientes campos: cédula, fecha de grado, apellidos, nombres, dirección de residencia, teléfono residencia, otro contacto, celular, correo electrónico, entidad donde trabaja, cargo, dirección del trabajo, teléfono del trabajo, correo electrónico del trabajo, área de mayor dedicación, último postgrado, universidad donde lo realizó y fecha de actualización. También se creó una red virtual, que ha permitido contactar a otros egresados. La base de datos se creó en Acces® un programa de Microsoft Office que permite reorganizar el contenido de varias formas y obtener la información deseada ágil. Se reubicó al 37.9% de los Zootecnistas Lasallistas, lo cual permitió determinar: la curva salarial, labores que desarrollan, cuantos han creado empresa y una comunicación más cercana y fluida, esto se logró por medio de una encuesta realizada al 50% de los egresados ubicados, aplicada mediante una página web llamada www.encuestafacil.com. Se puede observar que en la actualidad la mayoría de los Zootecnistas Lasallistas cuentan con un salario que varía entre $ 1.490.691 y $ 3.478.279, comparado con estadísticas del año 2.0061 es un gran avance. El 69% de los egresados encuestados se encuentra laborando actualmente en el sector agropecuario. El área de mayor dedicación es la ganadería. El interés de la Universidad por sus egresados permitirá comprometerlos más y con esto se fortalecerá el Programa.

For the Program of Zootecnia it is very important to count on an agile communication channel with withdrawn his since they can feedback the program in altars to the continuous improvement. The Program is in process of Re accreditation that asks for the present situation of the graduates as far as its location and activities that they develop to verify if they correspond to the aims of the institution, the social commitment and the type of formation that offers the program. In this work a data base was created that consists of the following fields: certificate, date of degree, last names, names, direction of residence, telephone call to account, another contact, cellular, electronic mail, organization where it works, position, direction of the work, telephone of the work, electronic mail of the work, area of greater dedication, last postdegree, university where it made it and date of update. Also a virtual networking was created, that has allowed to contact to withdrawn others. The data base was orderly created in Acces® a program of Microsoft Office that allows to reorganize the content of several forms and to obtain the wished data agile. It was relocated to the 37,9% of the graduates, which allowed to determine: the wage curve, workings that they develop, whatever have created company and one more a nearer and fluid communication, this was obtained by means of a survey made to 50% of the located withdrawn ones, applied by means of a called page Web www.encuestafacil.com. It is possible to be observed that at the present time most of the graduates they count on a wage that varies between $ 1.490.691 and $ 3.478.279, compared with statistics of year 2,006 are a great progress. The 69% of graduates surveyed are currently working in agriculture. The largest area of dedication is livestock. The interest of the University by withdrawn his will allow to jeopardize them more and with this the Program will be fortified.
