| dc.description | This work will examine the main issues generated in the discussion about social justice, freedom and equality from a Marxist and egalitarian liberalism perspective, which would require an answer if the search for a good society continues. Since the world’s economic, social, political and cultural situation has changed in the last decades, nowadays the necessary ethic-political foundations for a fair and free social order must be discussed. The problem is to clarify, in the light of political philosophy and human sciences, the proposals made about such social order and for the current moment, and from the socialist and egalitarian liberal theories with thinkers such as Marx, Cohen and Roemer, for the first, and Rawls, Dworkin Nagel and Sen, for the second, among others. The purpose of this work is mainly didactic and deals with a description of situations such as poverty, exclusion and social inequality that the world lives in. It also deals with the authors’ proposals about such topics, analyzing if there is incompatibility between the capitalist institutions and the socialist project for the achievement of these ideals/values that give origin to the title. | en |
| dc.description | Este trabajo examinará, desde las perspectivas del marxismo y del liberalismo igualitarista, los problemas fundamentales generados en la discusión sobre justicia, libertad e igualdad social, a los que habría que dar respuesta si se continúa la búsqueda de una buena sociedad. Como la situación económica, social, política y cultural del mundo ha cambiado en las últimas décadas, hoy se hace necesario discutir acerca de los fundamentos ético-políticos necesarios para un orden social libre y justo. Se considera que la problemática se centra en dilucidar, a la luz de la filosofía política y de las ciencias humanas, las propuestas hechas sobre dicho orden social y, para el momento actual, de las teorías socialista y liberal igualitaria, con pensadores como Marx, Cohen y Roemer para la primera, y Rawls, Dworkin Nagel y Sen para la segunda, entre otros. El propósito del trabajo es especialmente didáctico y aborda una descripción de la situación de pobreza, exclusión y desigualdades sociales que vive el mundo, así como las propuestas de estos autores sobre tal tópico, analizando si existe o no incompatibilidad entre las instituciones del capitalismo y el proyecto socialista para la consecución de los ideales-valores que dan origen al título del escrito. | es |
