Los desaciertos y la incomprensión sobre el desarrollo han llenado de adjetivos a un concepto que para que sea cierto debe ser humano, en armonía con el planeta y con las generaciones de futuro. Es decir, no es posible entender el desarrollo si este no es humano, si no se refiere al mejor estar de la humanidad en la sociedad. Y es imposible hablar de desarrollo sin que tenga una connotación con la responsabilidad presente del equilibrio ecológico del planeta. Sin embargo, el devenir del pensamiento y del concepto ha obligado a que en el intento o la comprensión de su integralidad, el Desarrollo Humano Sostenible (DHS) sea una reivindicación política justa ante la instrumentalización que ha hecho la ciencia económica, la teoría dominante, y sus repercusiones para la humanidad. Por esto se hace necesario poner de manifiesto que aun ante lo redundante de los adjetivos, existe la necesidad histórica de la utilización del concepto DHS. Este artículo tiene entonces por objetivo el dilucidar el concepto de DHS como el resultado de la comprensión integral del desarrollo. Para esto se trabajarán tres partes: En la primera, se contextualizan teóricamente las corrientes de pensamiento que se plantearon el desarrollo como ejercicio académico y político en la segunda mitad del siglo XX. En la segunda, se establecen los encadenamientos que condujeron a las imprecisiones conceptuales del desarrollo después de la Segunda Guerra Mundial. Por último, se realiza una síntesis para enfatizar la importancia del concepto en el momento histórico actual.
Abstract
The mistakes and misunderstanding on the development of adjectives have filled a concept that to be true to human beings in harmony with the planet and future generations. That is, one can not understand the development if this is not human, if not better be referred to humanity in society. It is impossible to talk about development without having a connotation with the present responsibility of the ecological balance of the planet. However, the evolution of thought and the concept has forced the intent or understanding of their integrity, sustainable human development (SHD) is a just claim to the manipulation that has made economics, the dominant theory, and its implications for humanity. For this it is necessary to show that even before the redundant adjectives, there is the historical necessity of the use of the DHS concept. Then this article is intended to clarify the concept of the DHS as the result of a comprehensive understanding of development. For this work three parts: In the first, theoretically contextualize the currents of thought that development as an academic and political exercise in the second half of the twentieth century were raised. Chains that led to the conceptual inaccuracies of development after World War II are set in the second. Finally, a summary is made to emphasize the importance of the concept in the current historical moment.
