Resumen

Este trabajo de grado es un aporte a la decantación de la crisis alimentaria que afronta la población víctima del conflicto en Colombia, desde las dinámicas productivas del municipio de Hacarí, Norte de Santander, en pro de la recuperación de la soberanía alimentaria y la mejora del empleo local. De modo que, la consideración de conceptos como “Nueva ruralidad”, “Pluriactividad” y “Sistema agroalimentario” demuestran un cambio en la interpretación de las dinámicas hegemónicas, que podrían contribuir a una renovada visión productiva que restablezca el funcionamiento económico y alimenticio municipal. El proyecto de investigación se divide en tres capítulos. El primero se denomina “Del campo tradicional al campo dinámico”, donde se presenta un estado del arte, un estado del conocimiento, un marco teórico y un marco conceptual que permitirá al lector conocer en detalle temas relacionados a la investigación. El segundo capítulo se titula “El territorio de la incertidumbre”, este apartado incluye los siguientes temas: el territorio y sus problemas, pregunta de investigación, justificación, además de preguntas como: ¿qué nos dice la ley en términos de víctimas y seguridad alimentaria?, y ¿qué nos cuenta la normativa en términos de alimentarios? Y por último el capítulo tres. “El camino hacia el arraigo: producción y alimento”. Se basa en el nombramiento de los objetivos a desarrollar y sus resultados, en consideración a las necesidades conectivas (Territorio), espaciales y nutricionales del sistema agroalimentario hacaritense, el diseño de una red sistemática de articulación inter-veredal y un equipamiento productivo y logístico.

This degree work is a contribution to the decantation of the food crisis faced by the population victim of the conflict in Colombia, from the productive dynamics of the municipality of Hacarí, Norte de Santander, in favor of the recovery of food sovereignty and the improvement of the local employment. So, the consideration of concepts such as “New Rurality”, “Pluriactivity” and “Agrifood System” demonstrate a change in the interpretation of hegemonic dynamics, which could contribute to a renewed productive vision that restores the municipal economic and food functioning. The research project is divided into three chapters, the first is called “From the traditional field to the dynamic field”, where we present a state of the art, a state of knowledge, a theoretical framework and a conceptual framework that allows us to know in detail issues related to our research. The second chapter, entitled “The territory of uncertainty”, includes the following topics: the territory and its problems, research question, justification, what does the law tell us in terms of victims and food security, and what does the law tell us in terms of food? And finally, chapter three. The path towards rooting: production and food, is based on the naming of the objectives to be developed and the results of the same, in consideration of the connective, spatial and nutritional needs of the hacaritense agro-food system and the design of a systematic network of inter-veredal articulation and a productive and logistic equipment.
