Resumen

La falta de gestión en los recursos agrícolas ha generado una creciente demanda de productos importados a escala internacional entre los cuales se encuentra el maíz, esto se debe a la falta de equipamientos de gestión que puedan subsanar esta problemática, es por esto que, por medio de la elaboración y desarrollo del diseño arquitectónico de un centro de investigación agrícola, se pretende brindar alternativas para la gestión del cultivo de maíz, a través del diseño de espacios 5 que apliquen estrategias y desarrollo de prácticas agrícolas sostenibles para el municipio de Coper, Boyacá. Se realizaron investigaciones sobre la situación agrícola en el país en torno al maíz para entender circunstancias actuales que hay en el territorio desde una escala macro, próximo a esto se construyeron análisis infraestructurales, medioambientales, demográficos y de usos del suelo para determinar la viabilidad del municipio, por consiguiente, se generaron alternativas y estudios que permitieran entender el territorio y la problemática desde una escala meso para luego realizar un análisis a escala micro en torno a las variables morfológicas, zonas verdes e hitos dentro del casco urbano para realizar esquemas de propuestas arquitectónicas que se contemplarían en el diseño final de la propuesta.

The lack of management in agricultural resources has generated a growing demand for imported products internationally, among which is corn, this is due to the lack of management equipment that can remedy this problem, which is why, through the elaboration and development of the architectural design of an agricultural research center, it is intended to provide alternatives for the management of corn cultivation, through the design of spaces that apply strategies and development of sustainable agricultural practices for the municipality of Coper, Boyacá. Investigations were carried out on the agricultural situation in the country around corn to understand current circumstances that exist in the territory from a macro scale, next to this, infrastructural, environmental, demographic and land use analyzes were built to determine the viability of the municipality , therefore, alternatives and studies were generated that would allow us to understand the territory and the problem from a meso scale to then carry out an analysis on a micro scale environment to the morphological variables, green areas and landmarks within the urban area to make schemes of architectural proposals that would be considered in the final design of the proposal.
