Resumen

El presente documento es una muestra del diseño arquitectónico de un equipamiento cultural de carácter fúnebre, ubicado en la localidad de Los Mártires, en el barrio Santa Fe, sobre la pieza urbana enmarcada en el PEMP del cementerio central, para el diseño del mismo se inició un proceso investigativo relacionado con el estudio del sector dentro del cual se tomó en cuenta la vocación del espacio y el impacto histórico y urbano que tiene dentro de la ciudad de Bogotá, adicionalmente se buscó que el proyecto se integre con los diferentes planes parciales de renovación y revitalización urbana como “estación metro calle 26” y “calle 24”, los cuales se rigen bajo los lineamientos de reverdecer, revitalizar, activar los flujos peatonales, resignificar la pieza urbana, mejorar la calidad ambiental, deconstruir las barreras arquitectónicas y mejora la calidad del espacio público.

This document is a sample of the architectural design of a cultural facility of a funeral nature, located in the town of Los Mártires, in the Santa Fe neighborhood, on the urban piece framed in the PEMP of the central cemetery. an investigative process related to the study of the sector within which the vocation of the space and the historical and urban impact it has within the city of Bogotá was taken into account, additionally it was sought that the project be integrated with the different partial renovation plans and urban revitalization such as "Calle 26 metro station" and "Calle 24", which are governed by the guidelines of greening, revitalizing, activating pedestrian flows, resignifying the urban piece, improving environmental quality, deconstructing architectural barriers and improving the quality of public space.
