Resumen
El siguiente planteamiento parte de una visión general del área de estudio la cual comprende el borde turístico marítimo como eje principal en donde confluyen y se potencian las diferentes culturas del lugar y para el cual se encontraba proyectado el malecón el cual se encuentra en estado de deterioro. El plan de regeneración se encuentra enfocado en rescatar y resignificar la memoria histórica de la cultura pesquera, mediante el reconocimiento y resignificación de espacios residuales y su influencia en el fortalecimiento del tejido social y la apropiación territorial de los mismos. Se plantea la recuperación de los espacios en estado deterioro y la reincorporación de estos a la red urbana, para la cual se proyecta la regeneración del borde marítimo mediante la identificación y generación de zonas de potencial turístico, las cuales potencian las interconexiones urbanas, el fortalecimiento y la revitalización cultural.

The next approach starts from a general vission of the investigation area wich compraises the seaside maritimal edge as a principal axe where converge the diferent cultures of the zone and where the pier was projected wich is in a state of deterioration, the regeneration plan is focus on rescue and resignify the historical memory of the fising and craftsmen culture, through identification and integration of residual spaces and its influence in the strengthening of the social tissue and their territorial apropiation. The recovery of the spaces in state of deterioration and the reinstatement of these to the urban net is proposed for wich it´s proyected the regeneration of the maritimal edge trough the regeneration of the zones of turistic potential, wich make posible the urban interconnections and the reinforce and the cultural revitalization.
