Resumen

La educación en Colombia, ha sufrido bastantes transiciones a lo largo de su historia debido a diferentes falencias, las cuales algunas de ellas fueron halladas en los resultados de las pruebas nacionales realizadas a los estudiantes. Entre ellas, se ha determinado que el profesorado colombiano influye considerablemente en el aprendizaje del individuo. La problemática a abordar es “Ingreso a la carrera Docente” en entidades oficiales y las dificultades que poseen los docentes al acceder a estas plazas vacantes en el magisterio.

La teoría de Capital humano hace referencia a “el conjunto de las capacidades productivas que un individuo adquiere por acumulación de conocimientos generales o específicos.”(Becker, 1964) donde las más grandes preocupaciones de este autor fue el estudio sobre “la educación, el gasto médico, la formación en el trabajo y la búsqueda de información para el empleo como una inversión, que a largo plazo aumenta la productividad de los individuos.”(Cardona, Montes, & Vásquez, 2007).

Se busca principalmente en esta investigación, analizar los diferentes métodos en el proceso de ingreso a la carrera docente en la educación Básica secundaria de Colombia, frente a Chile y Perú. Para dar cumplimiento a este objetivo se realizará de la siguiente manera: se realizará una revisión tanto de historia como el proceso de ingreso a la carrera docente de los maestros a la educación Secundaria en Colombia. Se comparará este proceso frente al proceso aplicado en Chile y Perú. Y por último se realizará un análisis sobre la relación existente entre dichos procesos teniendo en cuenta; el ingreso a la carrera docente y la estructura de la educación básica secundaria en estos tres países. Su metodología es de tipo descriptiva y analítica, debido a que con este informe se desea describir las principales características del Ingreso a la carrera docente frente a los países mencionados con anterioridad.

Education in Colombia has suffered many transitions throughout its history due to different shortcomings found in the results of the national tests carried out on students. Among this, it has been determined that Colombian teachers have a considerable influence on the individual's learning. The problem to analyze is "Entry to the teaching career" in official entities and the difficulties that teachers have when accessing these vacancies in the teaching profession. The theory of Human Capital refers to "the set of productive capacities that an individual acquires by accumulation of general or specific knowledge" (Becker, 1964) where the greatest concerns of this author was the study on "education, medical expense, on-the-job training and the search for information for employment as an investment, which in the long term increases the productivity of individuals”. (Cardona, Montes, & Vásquez, 2007) The main objective of this research is to analyze the different methods in the process of entering the teaching career in secondary basic education in Colombia, compared to Chile and Peru. To achieve this objective, it will be carried out in the following manner: a review will be made of both the history and the process of entering the teaching career of teachers in Secondary education in Colombia. In this process will compare the process applied in Chile and Peru and finally, an analysis will be made about the relationship between these processes taking into account; the entrance to the teaching career and the structure of secondary basic education in these three countries. The methodology is descriptive and analytical, because with this report we want to describe the main characteristics of the entry to the teaching career compared to the countries mentioned above.
