Resumen
El objetivo del presente trabajo de grado es el desarrollo de una aplicación móvil, para la recolección y almacenamiento de datos provenientes de perforaciones realizadas en campo; será de gran utilidad para ingenieros geotecnista, consiguiendo reducir la perdida, mal manejo o confusión de los datos obtenidos.
La investigación que se ha desarrollado es de tipo tecnológica y cuantitativa con diseño no experimental, usando como base registros de perforación de tipo “Standard Penetration Test” (SPT). El lenguaje que permitió la construcción de la aplicación móvil fue software Android Studio, con base al lenguaje de programación JAVA e implementando todas las herramientas disponibles en el software de programación Android Studio. La validación fue realizada con la transcripción de registros de perforación de proyectos reales, en la aplicación desarrollada, el producto final es la obtención de un documento PDF.

The objective of this degree work is the development of a mobile application for the collection and storage of data from drilling carried out in the field; It will be very useful for geotechnical engineers, managing to reduce the loss, mishandling or confusion of the data obtained. The research that has been developed is of a technological and quantitative type with a nonexperimental design, using drilling records of the “Standard Penetration Test” (SPT) type as a base. The language that allowed the construction of the mobile application was the Android Studio software, based on the JAVA programming language and implementing all the tools available in the Android Studio programming software. The validation was carried out with the transcription of drilling records of real projects, in the developed application, the final product is the obtaining of a PDF document.
