Resumen
Los supermercados en Colombia, requiere enormes cantidades de recursos energéticos para poder mantener la integridad de sus productos y ofrecer un ambiente agradable a sus clientes y trabajadores, al analizar los recursos consumidos por estas, existe un gran potencial para obtener ahorros de energía y recursos, mediante la posibilidad de monitorizar cada consumo por tipo de carga y recurso medible, permitiendo ubicar y detectar anomalías o irregularidades de consumo en las instalaciones. Este documento tiene como objetivo presentar los principios fundamentales y los procedimientos para la evaluación, diagnóstico, organización, ejecución y supervisión de la gestión energética en los centros de grandes superficies (Grupo Éxito - Éxito Country-Bogotá DC), con el objetivo de reducir sus costos energéticos y elevar su competitividad.

The supermarkets in Colombia, require huge amounts of energy resources to maintain the integrity of their products and offer a pleasant environment for its customers and employees, to analyze the resources consumed by these, there is great potential for saving energy and resources, with the ability to monitor each consumption by type of cargo and measurable resource, allowing locate and detect anomalies or irregularities consumption on the premises. This document aims to present the basic principles and procedures for the assessment, diagnosis, organization, implementation and monitoring of energy management in the centers of large areas (Group Success - Success Country-Bogotá D,C) with the aim of reducing their energy costs and improve their competitiveness. The principles, tools and procedures for the implementation of the Efficient Energy Management will submit further elements Help on measuring and control to improve the consumption of resources of the process and if necessary be identified said control elements should be designed to help the process to be more efficient, looking for the optimization of resource consumption and reducing process costs without reducing services praises performance needed for virtually obtain adequate levels of comfort
