Resumen

En el corregimiento de Mingueo, Dibulla, La Guajira, la Asociación ASOREAGRO se encarga de promover el desarrollo y progreso en su comunidad, representar y apoyar a sus productores quienes tienen una pequeña superficie de cultivo, el cual no es consumido en su completa y evidencia ausencia de transformación y evolución, ocasionando un gran desperdicio de cultivo. Partiendo de esta problemática el proyecto consiste en la transformación de la piña Golden por medio de procesos de fabricación a baja escala, llevados a cabo por los integrantes del grupo de proyecto, teniendo como base la metodología de PRODINTEC, donde antes de obtener un producto derivado , se realizara un estudio de mercado con el fin de conocer los gustos y necesidades de la comunidad

In the township of Mingueo, Dibulla, La Guajira, ASOREAGRO Association is responsible for promoting the development and progress in their community, to represent and support the producers who produce a hectare of crop, which is not consumed in its entirety and the evidence of the absence of transformation. And commercialization, causing a great waste of culture. Starting from this problem, the project consists of the transformation of the pineapple Gold by means of small-scale manufacturing processes, carried out by the members of the project group, based on the methodology of PRODINTEC, as a result a finished product can be produced which was joined by a market study to know the tastes and needs of the community, marketing outputs and possible products for the design of the properties that have the pulp, heart and fruits of the fruit, the design was created of products taking into account the specifications and the process of the same, with the engineering of the product are carried out different test and verification tests that determine a variety of factors for the improvement of the product as the design of experiments for the best process and implementation, feasibility of projects, distribution of suggested plant for the product process and in this way expose the proposal of Join the community.
