Resumen

En esta investigación se tratará la gestión integral de riesgo como mecanismo para generar valor corporativo en la empresa Aseptika SAS, enfocada en la producción y comercialización de ropa desechable. Aseptika SAS tiene como objetivo cubrir los requerimientos del sector Médico-Quirúrgico, estético y odontológico en Colombia, teniendo en cuenta que en los últimos 3 años ha presentado disminución en sus ventas. Se plantea esta investigación el cual tiene como objetivo principal determinar los procesos de gestión integral de riesgos que permitan optimizar la asignación de recursos para la Mypyme Aseptika SAS, en el cual se incluirán métodos como entrevistas, elaboración de una matriz, revisión de literatura. Las técnicas metodológicas que se estudiaron y generarán posibles soluciones al problema que aqueja a la empresa.

This research will deal with comprehensive risk management as a mechanism to generate corporate value in the company Aseptika S.A.S, focused on the production and marketing of disposable clothing. Aseptika S.A.S aims to cover the requirements of the Medical-Surgical, aesthetic and odontological sector in Colombia, taking into account that in the last 3 years it has presented decrease in its sales. The main objective of this research is to determine the processes of comprehensive risk management that will optimize the allocation of resources for Mypyme Aseptika S.A.S, which will include methods such as interviews, preparation of a matrix, literature review. The methodological techniques that were studied and will generate possible solutions to the problem that afflicts the company. It can be concluded that the risk assessment oriented to the allocation of resources would generate corporate value, since they would be identifying the risks that the company Aseptika S.A.S. Therefore, when identifying corporate risks, we will proceed to propose some recommendations that allow the mitigation of some risks to which the company is exposed from the management of its resources.
