Resumen
El presente documento presenta una recopilación de los argumentos de algunos autores que consideran un riesgo social la consideración de la educación superior como un servicio privado que se ajusta a las condiciones del mercado, en contraposición con otros académicos u otras instituciones que consideran que la educación superior debe estar al servicio de los intereses de la sociedad y de la humanidad, por encima de un sentido utilitarista y ser más bien un derecho.

Abstract
This document presents a compilation of the arguments of some authors, who think it is a social risk to consider higher education a private service that adjusts to market conditions, as opposed to other academicians or other higher education institutions, who argue that higher education must serve the interests of society and humanity, beyond a utilitarian sense, and that they should be a right instead.
