Resumen
En el siguiente documento se encuentra descrito paso a paso el diseño y la elaboración del sistema automático de corte y doblado de varilla para la elaboración de marcos de parrillas para estufas a gas. Dicho sistema tiene como finalidad entregar un producto de óptima calidad, ya que cuenta con componentes de alta tecnología que pueden garantizar medidas finales que se ciñan a lo establecido por el operario. El sistema está en la capacidad de adaptarse al cambio en la línea de producción de la cual hace parte, colocándose así en la gama de máquinas capases de fabricar gran variedad de diseños de productos, sin la necesidad de modificar sus componentes. El sistema integra dos procesos de conformado de metales que son el corte y el doblado, permitiendo de esta manera lograr menores tiempos de producción. Las tareas inseguras y repetitivas a las cuales se exponen los operarios en la industria se reducen en un alto porcentaje gracias al nivel de automatización del sistema, permitiendo conservar la integridad física del operario.

In the following document one is step by step described to the design and the elaboration of the automatic system of cut and dubbing of rod for the elaboration of marks of grills for stoves to gas. This system has like purpose of giving a product of optimal quality, since it tells on components of high technology that can guarantee final measures that they are fitted to the established thing by the worker. The system is in the capacity to adapt to the change in the line of production of which it is part, being placed thus in the range of machines you castrated to make great variety of product designs, without the necessity to modify its components. The Integra system two processes of conformed of metals that are the cut and the dubbing, allowing this way to obtain minors times of production. The uncertain and repetitive tasks to which the workers in the industry expose themselves reduce in a high percentage thanks to the level of automatisation of the system, allowing to conserve the physical integrity of the worker.
