Resumen
This research aims to develop a Six Sigma project focused on improving quality and efficiency for the provision of health services in the Engativa Hospital Level II E.S.E; whereas Six Sigma DMAIC and methodology (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control), with statistical tools and process management can achieve significant long-term improvements in the efficiency of operation of the emergency area.
