Resumen
La Industria Cultural y Creativa (ICC) con sus diferentes sectores se enfoca en la investigación, innovación y la producción de productos artísticos y creativos que aportan al desarrollo socioeconómico de los individuos y al fortalecimiento de la identidad cultural que representa a los habitantes de un territorio o lugar, la falta de apoyo a alguno de sus sectores favorecen a la fragmentación de esta identidad cultural y al estancamiento de los artistas y creativos que conlleva a que se convierta en un sector invisible y asilado de las principales actividades del territorio al no contar con las herramientas adecuadas para su visibilidad y desarrollo. El presente proyecto de investigación tiene como propósito diseñar un centro de creación artística que brinde apoyo a los procesos de creación y exposición de los artistas visuales y escénicos de la ciudad de Cúcuta en Norte de Santander que hacen parte de las ICC y se han visto afectado negativamente por diferentes factores que los invisibilizan y limitan su desarrollo, para ello se proporcionan espacios de exposición flexibles y diferentes espacios de creación que permitan explorar diferentes alternativas para el desarrollo de sus obras a la vez que se busca relacionarse con las dinámicas de su entorno.
Abstract
The Cultural and Creative Industry (ICC) with its different sectors focuses on research, innovation and the production of artistic and creative products that contribute to the socioeconomic development of individuals and the strengthening of the cultural identity that represents the inhabitants of a territory or place, the lack of support to any of its sectors favors the fragmentation of this cultural identity and the stagnation of artists and creative artists that leads to become an invisible and isolated sector of the main activities of the territory by not having the right tools for their visibility and development. The purpose of this research project is to design a center for artistic creation that provides support to the processes of creation and exhibition of visual and performing artists of the city of Cúcuta in Norte de Santander who are part of the CCI and have been negatively affected by different factors that make them invisible and limit their development. For this purpose, flexible exhibition spaces and different spaces for creation are provided to explore different alternatives for the development of their works while seeking to relate to the dynamics of their environment.
