Resumen
En el presente artículo se reflexiona sobre el Estado, la sociedad civil y el mercado. Se toman varias fuentes que permiten evidenciar planteamientos teóricos y filosóficos, que a través de la historia han consolidado las bases para una “relativa” convivencia pactada entre los seres humanos. Actualmente, este debate entre Estado – sociedad civil y mercado adquiere una profunda relevancia para las ciencias sociales y humanas, no sólo por el interés de conocer el papel que juega cada uno de estos elementos en el mundo globalizado, sino por las tensiones y contradicciones que mantiene el sistema capitalista en una sociedad que “denuncia” su impacto y exige respeto y reconocimiento por los derechos conquistados.

Abstract
This article refers to the State, the civil society and the market. Several sources are taken that allow, demonstrating theoretical and philosophical expositions, which through history have consolidated the bases for “relative” coexistence, agreed between the human beings. At the moment, this debate State - civil society and market acquire deep relevance for social and human sciences, not only by the interest to know the paper that plays each one of these elements in the globalizado world, but by the tensions and contradictions that the capitalist system in a society maintains that “denounces” its impact, and demands respect and recognition by the conquered rights.
