Approach to the Rural Cultural Heritage of Townships Bordering the Municipal Seat of Yopal, Casanare Department, Colombia
Resumen
El presente artículo es un resultado parcial de la investigación sobre el patrimonio cultural rural del municipio de Yopal, Casanare, Colombia, que hace parte del proyecto Nueva forma de habitabilidad estratégica para el desarrollo local y regional, del Centro de Investigación en Hábitat, Desarrollo y Paz (CIHDEP) de la Facultad de Ciencias del Hábitat de la Universidad de La Salle. En esta primera fase investigativa se realizó la aproximación al territorio, la identificación básica del patrimonio cultural y el trabajo con la comunidad portadora o cultora de su patrimonio cultural como insumo para la caracterización de las manifestaciones y los bienes culturales, aporte significativo tanto para el desarrollo del proyecto general del CIHDEP como para la comunidad de Yopal, en pro del reconocimiento de sus recursos naturales y culturales.

Abstract
This paper is the partial result of research conducted on the rural cultural heritage of the municipality of Yopal, Casanare, Colombia, which is part of the project entitled New form of strategic habitability for local and regional development by the Research Center on Habitat, Development and Peace (CIHDEP, for its initials in Spanish) of the School of Habitat Sciences at La Salle University. During this initial research phase, an approach to the territory was made, as well as a basic identification of the cultural heritage and work with the community carrying its cultural heritage as an input for the characterization of cultural manifestations and property, a significant contribution to the development of both the overall project of the CIHDEP, and the community of Yopal, in favor of the recognition of their natural and cultural resources.
