With the purpose to evaluate the growing, to get a model and to analyze the nutritional quality from aubade and boxer raygrass mix (Lolium hibridum) aubdae and boxer under commercial conditions at San Jorge Farm in the town Subachoque (Cundinamarca) on a zone BhmA. There were evaluated 8 pastures during 5 months; biomass availability was examined every 7 days until 70 days. For the fractionation CNCPS the samples were recollected from the days of 45, 55, 65 y 75 of growing. There were evaluated three sigmoidal models for the growing (Gompertz, Logistic, Cacho). For the fractionation of carbohydrates and proteins was used Licitra protocol. To determine the fractions of the carbohydrates were used the method of degradability in sacro evaluating the degradability from the fractions of dry matter, FDN and RIE. The subtraction of the degradation curves determined the fractions of carbohydrates (A, B1, B2 y C). The kinetic ruminal was obtained from the degradation rate (kd) y pasture rate (kp) using the FITCURVE software. The simulations were running into the software CNCPS with the information obtained from the fractionation and degradability of the carbohydrates for the ages of 45 and 75 of regrowing and the periods of maximum and minimum precipitations. The model that was adjusted to the getting values to the 8 pastures was Gompertz finding the greater increase of biomass production en s/ms/day until the day 74 of growing. During the study there were environmental variables from maximum (>200 ml) and minimum (<200ml) precipitations. The Gompertz model adjusted adequately for the 5 evaluated pastures during the maximum period of precipitation. The carbohydrate and protein fractions don’t display significant differences (p>0.05) however there were significant differences for the maximum and minimum precipitation (p<0.05) to the fractions of Pc and Psol (protein fractions A, B1 y B2). The carbohydrate B1 fraction (starch) disappeared totally in 65 days of regrowing. There was total ruminal degradation in every carbohydrate fractions. The simulation of the animal answer predicted the values of the production potential for EM y PM available such as the Ureic Nitrogen from the milk (MUN). On the basis of these values there were supplement with potatoes and corn silo for the ages of 45 of regrowing and maximum and minimum periods of precipitation. The predicted values for the model were adjusted to the real levels of production from the milky production. The model predicts that there are good productions in ages of cutting of 75 days without affecting the nutritional quality increasing the relation energy: protein and optimizing the production system like that the competitive indicator and sustainability of the dairy exploitation.
