Resumen
This document reviews in the theory the entrepreneurship and the feminine entrepreneurship in order to identify the characteristics of the women, especially those who are in the rural zone, where they have a major tendency to the search of opportunities to stand out and to obtain income; factors such as age, family composition, educational level, income, among others, influence the type of entrepreneurship they develop, this can be both by opportunity and by necessity, they also carry out a social entrepreneurship and a business entrepreneurship being agents of change for your environment; the main motivation that these women find to implement entrepreneurship, is to contribute to the development of society and in addition to generate additional income; it becomes the corresponding study in the municipality of Tenjo, Cundinamarca, belonging to the denomination Bogota city region
