Resumen

El presente documento evidencia cómo la formación impartida en consecución de recursos para las ESAL adscritas a la Fundación Banco Arquidiocesano de Alimentos, brindó herramientas que les permiten a los Líderes Sociales acceder a recursos y fortalecerse institucionalmente para lograr su sostenibilidad. Para la realización del proyecto que da origen a éste informe, se cubrieron inicialmente una serie de vacíos que se tenían respecto al objetivo dual (social-económico) de las ESAL y luego se procedió a enseñar a los líderes tanto a diagnosticar el estado de sus proyectos sociales como al uso de herramientas para la consecución de recursos, haciendo uso de las premisas establecidas por el diseño de investigación IAP. Una vez impartido éste proceso, se verificó la efectividad de la formación en términos de calidad y de potencial futuro para la consecución de recursos, dando como resultado que el impacto de ésta formación es percibida como positiva por los 42 líderes sociales pertenecientes a las 28 ESAL que participaron en este proceso. De éste modo se demuestra la pertinencia, efectividad y relevancia de éste tipo de trabajos fundamentados en el Proyecto Educativo de la Universidad de la Salle y el Enfoque Formativo Lasallista

The present document demonstrates how the training in obtaining resources (crowfunding) for the non-profit institutions attached to the Archdiocesan Food Bank Foundation, provided tools that allow Social Leaders access to resources and be strengthened institutionally to achieve sustainability. For the accomplishment of the project that gives rise to this report, initially covered a number of gaps which had the dual objectives (social and economic) of the non-profit institutions and then proceeded to teach the leaders of both to diagnose the state of their social projects such as the use of tools for the achievement of resources, making use of the premises established by the research design the PAR. Once taught this process, was verified the effectiveness of the training in terms of quality and future potential for the attainment of resources, with the result that the impact of this training is perceived as positive by the 42 social leaders belonging to the 28 non-profit institutions who participated in this process. Its shows the relevance, effectiveness and relevance of this type of work based on the Educational Project of the University of La Salle and the Lasallian Educational Approach
