Resumen

Colombia es un país con una amplia trayectoria de conflictos armados internos, su ineficacia para terminar las confrontaciones ha deteriorado las condiciones del Estado y la calidad de vida de sus habitantes. La posibilidad de culminar la guerra con las FARC – EP con un proceso de paz mediante la negociación de unos acuerdos ofrecen una alternativa de cambio a su cruel realidad. Esta investigación describe los principales acontecimientos ocurridos en el proceso de firma del acuerdo final para la terminación del conflicto y la construcción de una paz estable y duradera mediante la recolección y análisis de información de fuentes primarias. A partir de los hechos descubiertos se plantea un símil entre las fases del proceso de paz y las etapas del proceso administrativo (planeación, organización, dirección y control) con el propósito de destacar la pertinencia de la teoría administrativa en el logro de los objetivos de una organización económica o social.

Colombia is a country with a long history of internal armed conflict, its inefficiency to end confrontations has deteriorated the conditions of the State and the quality of life of its habitants. The possibility of ending the war with the FARC - EP with a peace process through the negotiation of some agreements offer an alternative to their cruel reality. This investigation describes the main events that occurred in the process of signing the final agreement for the termination of the conflict and the construction of a stable and lasting peace through the collection and analysis of information from primary sources. Based on the discovered facts, a simile between the phases of the peace process and the stages of the administrative process (planning, organization, direction and control) is proposed with the purpose of highlighting the relevance of the administrative theory in the achievement of the objectives of an economic or social organization.
