Resumen

Se expone un proceso de investigación, en primer lugar se hace una búsqueda de viviendas ru - rales de distintos tiempos y territorios en Colombia, logrando crear una recolección de caracte - rísticas en planta, que demuestren su arquitectura profunda. En segundo lugar, se estudia una muestra de diez (10) viviendas rurales, cinco (5) pertenecientes al departamento de Arauca y cinco (5) del municipio de Tame, por medio de estas se busca comprender su contexto, los mo - dos de vida de las familias que las habitan, relaciones espaciales y el paisaje cultural, con el objeti - vo de obtener información de primera mano, realizar un análisis de características a conservar y poder tomar acción de cambio frente a las problemáticas que limitan la calidad de vida de la fa - milia objetivo, aportando un modelo que pueda ser replicable a casos parecidos en la región.

A research process is presented, firstly, a search of rural houses from different times and territo - ries in Colombia, managing to create a collection of characteristics in plan, which demonstra - te its deep architecture. Secondly, a sample of ten (10) rural houses is studied, five (5) belonging to the department of Arauca and five (5) from the municipality of Tame, through these we seek to understand their context, the lifestyles of the families that inhabit them, spatial relations - hips and cultural landscape, in order to obtain first-hand information, make an analysis of cha - racteristics to preserve and to take action to change the problems that limit the quality of life of the target family, providing a model that can be replicable to similar cases in the region.
