Resumen
La playa de Belén es un municipio de Norte de Santander con gran importancia nacional debido a que su cabecera municipal es patrimonio nacional y por el Área Única de los Estoraques que hace de este una potencia turística sin explotar debido al conflicto armado presente en el departamento. El proyecto busca implantar un equipamiento que ayude a reactivar el turismo y que sea una oportunidad de crecimiento para sus habitantes en diferentes ámbitos. Desde la parte social como una escuela taller que permita compartir sus historias y conocimientos sobre su gastronomía, artesanías, etc. Desde la educación como un lugar que permita adquirir y generar nuevas formas de vida por medio de los talleres que se pretenden ofrecer. Desde la economía creando conocimientos de otras actividades para que sus habitantes las puedan ejercer. Todo esto con el fin de crear un tejido intermunicipal que permita conocer el municipio desde la historia y la educación que se puede ofrecer a los municipios cercanos.

La Playa de Belén is a municipality in Norte de Santander with great national importance due to the fact that its municipal seat is a national patrimony and because of the Unique Area of Los Estoraques, which makes it an untapped tourist power due to the armed conflict present in the department. The project seeks to implement equipment that helps reactivate tourism and that is an opportunity for growth for its inhabitants in different surroundings. From the social part as a workshop school that allows sharing their stories and knowledge about their gastronomy, crafts, etc. From education as a place that allows acquiring and generating new ways of life through the workshops that are intended to offer. From the economy creating knowledge of other activities so that its inhabitants can exercise them. All this in order to create an inter-municipal fabric that allows to know the municipality from the history and the education that can be offered to the nearby municipalities.
