Resumen
El presente trabajo se propone analizar y resaltar el papel del entorno construido sobre el comportamiento y desarrollo integral de niños y jóvenes, situando el lugar de enfoque en el borde urbano de la UPZ Tibabuyes en la localidad de Suba, específicamente en el barrio Santa Cecilia II y expandiendo su nivel de influencia a los barrios contiguos. De la mano de la Fundación Colombia Chiquita y su trabajo para con los niños y jóvenes más vulnerados socialmente, se parte de un análisis de las determinantes y desafíos que inciden directamente sobre la calidad de vida de la población menor y como tangencialmente dichos factores afectan al resto de la comunidad.

This paper aims to analyze and highlight the role of the built environment on the behavior and integral development of children and young people, placing the focus on the urban edge of the Tibabuyes UPZ in the Suba locality, specifically in the Santa Cecilia ll neighborhood, and expanding its level of influence to the adjacent neighborhoods. In collaboration with the Colombia Chiquita Foundation and its work with the most socially vulnerable children and young people, we start from an analysis of the determinants and challenges that directly affect the quality of life of the minor population and how these factors tangentially affect the rest of the community.
