Resumen
El presente artículo de revisión tiene como propósito codificar y establecer las tendencias en investigación respecto a los efectos financieros del Impuesto Predial Unificado (IPU) en Colombia. Los corpus analizados fueron tomados de artículos, monografías universitarias, normatividades, manuales, y demás trabajos de investigación sobre el tema emitidos entre el 2007 y el 2017. Para la realización de la revisión y sistematización de la información la autora empleó el método cualitativo, abductivo, Grounded Theory mediante el cual sintetizó las diversas posturas existentes sobre los efectos financieros que trae consigo el recaudo del IPU en Colombia

The purpose of this review article is to codify and establish trends in research regarding the financial effects of the Unified Land Tax (IPU) in Colombia. The corpus analyzed were taken from articles, university monographs, regulations, manuals, and other research on the subject issued between 2007 and 2017. To carry out the review and systematization of the information, the author used the qualitative, abductive method , Grounded Theory through which he synthesized the various existing positions on the financial effects that the collection of the IPU in Colombia brings
