Resumen
Con el nacimiento de la bolsa de valores en Colombia el 3 de julio de 2001; esta ha contribuido al crecimiento y por ende al desarrollo de la economía Colombiana, haciendo factible el financiamiento de las diferentes empresas como comerciales, de servicios e industriales, las cuales demandan de manera incesante, recursos económicos. Es relevante la teoría del portafolio presentada por Harry Marcowitz, ya que permite la mejor combinación de Rentabilidad— Riesgo dentro de los activos disponibles en el mercado. Esta teoría parte de que la mayoría de los inversionistas son temerosos a las inversiones con una alta volatilidad, es decir, les interesa minimizar el riesgo tanto como maximizar la rentabilidad esperada.

With the birth of stock-market in Colombia 3 of 2001 July; this has contributed to the growth and therefore to the development of the Colombian economy, making the financing feasible of the different companies like commercial, of services and industrialists who demand of incessant way economic resources. The theory of portafolio is excellent presented/displayed by Harry Marcowitz since it allows to the best combination of Yield Risk within the cash assets in the market. This theory starts off of which most of the investors, they are afraid to investments with the high volatileness that is to say, interests to them to diminish the risk as much as to maximize the awaited yield.
