La vivienda en América Latina y en Colombia ha presentado un crecimiento constante en los últimos años, sin embargo, se evidencia que la clase media accede a la considerada vivienda social bajo unos estándares establecidos en cada país. Dada esta cuestión, el presente trabajo tiene como propósito identificar las barreras socio-económicas y financieras que afectan el acceso a créditos hipotecarios para vivienda no VIS en los estratos dos y tres en Bogotá. Para cumplir con este objetivo, se integran técnicas cuantitativas y cualitativas dentro de un método de investigación mixto que nos permite articular y estudiar la información de manera conjunta, para ultimar dando lugar a las conclusiones y recomendaciones pertinentes

The housing in Latin America and in Colombia has presented a constant evolution in the last years, nevertheless, there has been demonstrated that the middle class accedes to the considered social housing under a few standards established in every country. Given this question, the present work has aims to identify the socio-economic and financial barriers that VIS affects the access to mortgage loans for housing not in strata two and three in Bogotá. To fulfill with this aim, there join quantitative and qualitative technologies inside a mixed method of investigation that allows us to articulate and to study the information of a joint way, to finalize giving place to the conclusions and pertinent recommendations
