Resumen

La presente investigación se llevó a cabo con el fin de identificar efectos socioeconómicos en torno al nivel de ingresos, nivel de educación y generación de empleo que genera la llegada de la zona franca de occidente al municipio de Mosquera - Cundinamarca. Por lo que realizamos un estudio de caso en este municipio. Inicialmente se realizó una búsqueda de información para identificar aspectos positivos y negativos del antes y el después de la llegada de la zona franca. Seguido de esto se realizó una encuesta a una muestra poblacional significativa y una entrevista a la coordinadora del Departamento de responsabilidad social empresarial de la Zona franca de occidente. y la revisión bibliográfica se realizó una matriz DOFA para identificar los aspectos positivos y negativos entorno a las tres variables socioeconómicas evaluadas en el transcurso de la investigación. Con todo esto se puede identificar posibles estrategias que benefician tanto a los pobladores del municipio como a la alcaldía de Mosquera - Cundinamarca ya la zona franca de occidente

In the present research was carried out in order to identify socioeconomic effects around the level of income, level of education and generation of employment generated by the arrival of the free zone of the West to the municipality of Mosquera - Cundinamarca. So we carry out a case study in this municipality. Initially an extensive search of information was carried out to identify positive and negative aspects of the before and after the arrival of the free zone. This was followed by a survey of a significant population sample and an interview with the coordinator of the Department of corporate social responsibility of the Free Zone of the West.With the results obtained through primary and secondary information, and the bibliographic review, a DOFA matrix was used to identify the positive and negative aspects of the three socioeconomic variables evaluated in the course of the research. With all this, it was possible to identify possible strategies that benefit both the residents of the municipality and the mayor of Mosquera - Cundinamarca and the free zone of the west
