Resumen
La investigación modelo propuesta determina los factores que inciden en la probabilidad de otorgamiento de crédito a las pymes en Colombia para el año 2015. Teniendo en cuenta las condiciones geográficas, productivas y financieras que caracterizan a estas empresas, se realiza la estimación de un logit a partir de la base de datos del Sistema de Reporte Empresarial (SIREM). En esta monografía, se identifica que el factor productivo es aquel que otorga la probabilidad más alta para que una pyme pueda acceder a un crédito con el sistema financiero. Por el contrario, las condiciones geográficas y financieras que caracterizan a estas empresas son menos significativas al momento de solicitar un préstamo. Finalmente,

The proposed research identifies the factors that affects the likelihood of granting credit to SMEs in Colombia by the year 2015. Taking into account the geographical, productive and financial conditions that characterize these companies a logit model is estimated based on data from the Business Report System (SIREM). This monograph identifies that the productive factor is the one that brings the highest probability for a company to obtain a credit with the financial system. On the other hand, the geographical and financial conditions of these companies are less significant at the time of requesting a loan. Finally, the results suggest that government should incentivize the less develop sectors due to the productive factor is the one which present the greatest importance in the conditions that banks evaluate at the time they extend credit
