Resumen
In the following work, an environmental management plan for a uchuva crop is developed at the estate Las Delicias, San Luis village, Ubalá municipality, Cundinamarca, in order to generate a tool to mitigate the negative environmental impacts generated in each one of them. The activities that are carried out in the production of the uchuva. Initially, an initial visit was made in which several problems were identified, such as the absence of measures to mitigate the environmental impact on the land and the environment of the crop, and the idea arose of developing this work as a solution tool. The objective of this work is the elaboration of an environmental diagnosis in uchuva cultivation to generate alternatives that mitigate the environmental impact caused by its production, taking into account this objective was implemented a methodology composed of 6 phases to achieve the objectives. The objective of this work is the elaboration of an environmental diagnosis of uchuva cultivation, to generate alternatives that mitigate the impact caused by the cultivation of uchuva, taking into account this objective was implemented a methodology that is composed of 6 phases, each one of them Gave the necessary information to develop environmental management plans, which were made for activities that required greater attention due to the impact caused on the biotic, abiotic and social components; It was determined that the action with more impact corresponds to the phytosanitary control because it generates impacts on the soil and the water resource due to the permanent application of various agrochemicals. Indicators, goals and objectives were established that allowed the development of environmental management plans to mitigate the impact on the crop
