The project presented in this paper is an innovation to the existing treatment systems primarily for industrial wastewater activity porcicola, mainly because the technique combines conventional biodigestor anaerobic and an artificial wetland. In this paper we report on the results and findings obtained in the implementation of the system for cold weather in the Farm Municipal Cogua, specifically for the activity porcicola. The first phase of the project was aimed at harnessing energy from biogas produced by the degradation of organic matter, and the decrease in concentrations of BOD5, COD, TSS, NKT and Phosphorus, by implementing a fermenter built with design parameters and characteristics of the place of study. In the second phase, implemented an artificial wetland type subsurface, which had as its specific targets for the reduction in the concentrations of phosphorous and NKT, and the use of effluent for washing facilities porcicolas. The application of this system was focused primarily be self-sustaining, to the extent that the resulting residue were exploited for their courage and energy to other productive uses that are required, as was the use of biogas for heating and the use piglets the treated effluent for washing facilities porcicolas
