Resumen
El presente proyecto contiene una propuesta de infraestructura para un Ecoparque de residuos sólidos y peligrosos en la Isla de San Andrés, tendiente a maximizar y aprovechar los residuos generados por las diversas actividades económicas. Para la localización e infraestructura del Ecoparque se tuvieron en cuenta especificaciones del POT, y el aval de la autoridad ambiental, entidad que suministro valiosa información sobre generadores, producción y manejo actual de los residuos. Las instalaciones se ubicaron dentro del perímetro urbano para facilitar el acceso y garantizar su funcionamiento, con la dotación de contenedores debidamente rotulados y señalizados para el fácil depósito de los residuos por parte del generador, posibilitando su entrada mediante vehículo o peatonalmente. El desarrollo de esta alternativa pretende minimizar los impactos ambientales causados a los recursos renovables (aire, agua y suelo) por el mal manejo y disposición final a los residuos, como también, mitigará a la salud humana.

The present project contains an infrastructure proposal for an Ecoparque of solid and dangerous residues in the Island of San Andres, tending to maximize and to take advantage of the residues generated by the diverse economic activities. For the location and infrastructure of the Ecoparque are specifications of the POT, and the endorsement of the environmental authority, organization considered this valuable information on generators, production and present handling of the residues. The facilities were located into the urban perimeter to facilitate the access and guarantee their operation, with the grant of containers properly labeled and signalized for the easy deposit of the residues on the part of the generator, making possible their entrance by means of vehicle or pedestrianly. The development of this alternative tries to diminish the environmental impacts caused to the renewable resources (air, water and ground) by the evil handling and final disposition to this residues, like also, it will mitigate to the human health.
