Resumen
En el presente documento se presenta el diseño del Plan De Gestión Integral De Residuos Peligrosos (PGIRESPEL) para la zona operativa de la Base Aérea Germán Olano CACOM 1 y la implementación de las fichas de manejo de los aceites usados e impregnados. Inicialmente se realizó un reconocimiento de las instalaciones y del personal de la Zona Operativa para así proceder con el uso de herramientas de Producción Más Limpia como la Revisión Inicial Ambiental. Por medio de estos se estableció un diagnóstico y se procedió con el desarrollo de los cuatro componentes que pertenecen a la formulación del Plan de Gestión Integral de Residuos Peligrosos (PGIRESPEL). Una vez establecido el documento se realizaron tres capacitaciones al personal en temas tan importantes como lo son la separación en la fuente, PML y normatividad. Se determinó el personal responsable de la ejecución y seguimiento del plan, lo cual será un trabajo en conjunto entre el Grupo Técnico y el Grupo de Apoyo. Finalmente se establecieron las fichas de manejo de aceites usados e impregnados, donde se realizó la adquisición y el etiquetado de los contenedores para dar inicio a la separación y lograr una mejor cuantificación y manejo de los RESPEL

In this document is presented the design of Integral Hazardous Waste Management Plan (PGIRESPEL) for the operational area of the German Olano Air Base CACOM 1 and the implementation of management tabs for waste oils and impregnated. Initially, recognition of the facilities and staff of Operational Area was conducted and then proceeded with the use of cleaner production tools such as Environmental Initial Review, in order to make a recognition of situational state of the operating area and begin to performed data collection. Then a diagnosis was established and proceeded with the development of the four components that belong to the formulation of the Integral Hazardous Waste Management Plan (PGIRESPEL). Once the document established, three training sessions were conducted to the staff in key areas such as separation at source, PML and regulations. It was determined the staff responsible for implementing and monitoring of the plan, which will be a joint effort between the Technical Group and the Support Group. Finally tabs management of used oils and impregnated where established, the acquisition and labeling of the containers was made to initiate the separation and better quantification and management of RESPEL
